We offer a full pre-conception, antenatal and postnatal service.

Pre-conception:

Advice about all the correct measures to take before trying for a baby

Problems with conception investigated at a preliminary level

Arrange referrals to gynaecology if required

 

Antenatal:

Full assessment at each consultation

Blood Pressure

Weight

Urine assessment

Listening to the baby’s heart

Relevant blood tests

 

Postnatal:

Full medical assessment

Discussion about contraceptive needs
Intrauterine Coil fitting (Mirena)

 

Please note we do not do domiciliary home deliveries. This service is an adjunct to the care that you are already receiving in the NHS setting under a named midwife. This service offers more frequent assessments as many women feel that the NHS does not offer enough. 3D scans can be arranged on special request.
