Minor Operations.
Dr Rai carries out a number of minor operations as listed below:
Removal of moles (dependent on area of the body)
Removal of cysts
Removal of skin tags commonly seen around the neck and arm pits
Liquid nitrogen treatment for genital warts
Any tissue removed during the procedure is sent for histology, and a formal report regarding the nature of the cells will be provided.
Joint Injections.
Dr Rai is skilled in injecting into key joints for various conditions causing pain (frozen shoulder, arthritis in the knee and wrist, RSI causing tennis elbow or golfers elbow). Steroid based joint injections are administered in the following joints:
Shoulder
Tennis Elbow
Golfers Elbow
Wrist/Thumb
Knee
Foot/Heal
